Eynon was born in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is the youngest of three daughters. She is the daughter of architect Dennis Eynon and choral conductor Carolyn Dameron, and is of Czech and Welsh heritage. At 18 years old, Eynon left her small town to study Marine Biology in San Diego which led to an interest in acting.
