Lucy got her MFA in Screenwriting from the John Wells Writing for Screen and Television program at USC. Her work has been recognized by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and Oakie Comedy scholarships, at the Austin Film Festival, at the academy-qualifying Flickers Rhode Island International Film Festival, and placed on the Golden List for the top 15 unproduced features of 2025. She's written and directed short films featuring Angela Bassett and Hillary Clinton, an award-winning musical film, and a UN campaign in Swaziland.
