These Terms govern your use of nexusplus.online ("NEXUS", "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough under your local law to form a binding agreement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorised means, scrape it at scale, or use it to break any applicable law.

3. Third-party content

NEXUS indexes metadata and embeds players hosted by third parties. We do not host the video content itself and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party content or services. Embedded providers operate under their own terms.

4. Intellectual property

Title metadata, artwork and similar material are provided by third-party data sources and remain the property of their respective owners. The NEXUS name and original interface are ours.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular title will be available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXUS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
